We encourage you to walk, cycle or use public transport where possible.

Bike Parking

There is a bike stand to park your bike next to the entrance of the building.

Public Transport

We are located next to several bus routes including the  12, 13, 13A, 16 and 16A. These buses stop about 50 yards from the entrance.

Car Parking

There are limited car park spaces and disabled car parking spaces on site and on-street parking around the building if needed.

We are located in Chapeltown Health Centre. The centre has multiple clinics and a pharmacy inside. 

Reception

Please enter through the double doors and continue straight. You will see our reception desk on the right hand side.

The reception desk is often very busy. You can use the computer screen on the wall next to the reception desk to check in rather than wait for a receptionist.

Accessibiility

There is a ramp and hand rails leading up to the entrance. All our facilities are located on the ground floor. There is an easily accessible disabled toilet near the toilet. 

If you have any issues please approach any member of staff in the building for advice.

Waiting Room

We have a large waiting room next to our reception, and all of our clinical rooms are easily accessible from here. There is a small library and plenty of health information for you to read and take home with you. Please have a look at our notice boards for announcements.

Water

We have removed our water cooler from the waiting room to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. If you would like a drink of water please ask the reception desk who will happily help.

Toilets

Toilets are located near the entrance, next to the pharmacy.
